It’s quite a new thing! I get it.

  • We’re based in Sydney but can travel to other parts of NSW including Newcastle, The Hunter Valley, The Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Jervis Bay, and more!

    All package prices are inclusive of travel within 30km of the Sydney Metro area and 30km between locations. Any locations outside of this area and/or distance will incur a small travel fee.

  • Each package has already been created to consider location changes. A location change, for example, is a change from the ceremony location to the reception venue.

    However, packages cannot be split up to cover multiple events on separate days or separate events on the same day, otherwise, it will incur a fee to cover the extra time and travel required.

  • The packages have been created considerately to get the most out of your event and offer the most value possible, so unfortunately the work cannot be reflected by an hourly rate.

    However, we understand that not every event is as big or runs as long as a wedding, which is where we can create a bespoke package to cover shorter events that will offer the same value.

  • Everything is captured on an iPhone 15 Pro Max (always the best for our clients) and assisted by high-quality accessories and lighting gear.

  • That’s totally fine! More often than not, we find that we’re usually the savviest in this area ;) — so don’t you worry, as we’re here to guide you through everything you need to know.

    From accessing and downloading your content to navigating through all the functions and features of Instagram and Tiktok, we’re here to help you get the most out of each platform and share your content the most optimal way for family and friends to enjoy!

  • The beauty of having a content creator is that you’ll receive all raw and candid images/videos within 24 hours from when we depart your event! These will often be delivered via an online album or shared drive which can be viewed whether you have an iPhone or Android.

    As for the edits, these will be created and delivered no later than your first week as newlyweds which you can keep forever and share however you please.

  • We will never claim to be able to replace a professional photographer or videographer and would even advise that you still have one on your wedding day!

    Consider this a bonus service that offers raw, candid, and behind-the-scenes content that you can enjoy immediately after your event, and be able to post online to share with family and friends!

    On the day of the event, we always make ourselves known to the professionals so they can be mindful and keep us out of frame, so we’re never in the way of their craft!

  • We go above and beyond as an honourary member of your day! Think of us as your unofficial extended bridal party member with the odd jobs that won’t fit with anyone else!

    We can also over the day and assist in coordinating the event to ensure it runs smoothly & seamlessly.

  • You can enjoy many samples of our work from previous events on our Instagram or Tiktok page @thesocialnewlyweds. However, please keep in mind that the majority of our final edits are mainly published on our couples’ personal accounts.

  • Please submit an event inquiry and we will answer within 48 hours during the weekday.

    If your date’s available and you’d like to proceed, you may choose to schedule a short call to chat or go ahead with a 25% deposit to secure your time & date.
